Offline Admission Open for Various Trades

This is to inform all concerned candidates that offline admission is now available for the following trades:

1. Plumber
2. REF & A/C
3. Fruit, Vegetable & Food Processing
4. Stenography – Self Finance
5. Sewing Technology
6. Electrician – Self Finance
7. Electronic Mechanic

Candidates who had registered online but could not be selected due to low percentage, as well as candidates who could not complete online registration, can apply for admission through the offline mode.

Interested candidates are advised to contact the concerned institute and complete the offline admission process at the earliest.

Note: Admission will be subject to seat availability and the applicable eligibility criteria.

This is to inform you that a Youth Engagement Programme on Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment is scheduled for tomorrow, 17th August, at ITI Charar-i-Sharief.

All current trainees and pass-out trainees are requested to participate actively in the programme. The session will focus on self-employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, and developing awareness about starting your own career/business.

PROVISIONAL SELECTION NOTIFICATION
Admission Session 2026–27–28

Round-I Provisional Selection List

It is hereby notified for the information of all applicants who applied for admission to various trades at Government ITI Charar-i-Sharief for the Admission Session 2026–27–28 that the Round-I Provisional Selection List has been prepared on the basis of merit, reservation policy, and the preferences filled by the candidates during the online admission process.

Admission Start Date: 21-07-2026
Last Date for Admission: 30-07-2026

Important Instructions:

1. Provisionally selected candidates shall report to Government ITI Charar-i-Sharief for admission within the prescribed dates along with all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
2. Submission of original documents is mandatory. No admission shall be granted without verification of original documents.
3. Failure to report within the stipulated time shall result in cancellation of the provisional selection, and the vacant seat may be allotted to the next eligible candidate in subsequent rounds.
4. Admission shall remain subject to verification of eligibility, merit, category certificates, and other relevant documents.

Documents Required:

- Original 10th Marks Certificate
- Original 8th Marks Certificate for Trades Sewing Technology and Plumber
- Original Date of Birth Certificate (if applicable)
- Original Discharge/ Provisional Certificate from the Institute last attended.
- Domicile Certificate
- Category Certificate (where applicable)
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport Size Photographs
- Any other document required as per admission guidelines.
