Engine, Gearbox and Tyres are probably the 3 most important components of a 2 wheeler that make for a great riding experience. Yet tyres take a back seat most often. It's seen as low involvement category and most users don't even know what brand is fitted.
How can tyres contribute to better riding and customer experience?
We want to crowdsource ideas about what matters most to 2 wheeler riders.

As Magnus Penker says, you can wait for someone to come and disrupt your business or you can go on a journey and create the disruption. You have the choice to play the victim or be the protagonist. The choice is yours!

We find that it is not very difficult to become a disrupter. All it takes is ambition, a structured process, and perseverance. That's all it entails to move away from a product/service bias and create an innovative offering?

A lot of SME's feel intimidated by the terms innovation and strategy.

Innovation and Strategy are not about inspiration.... it is a methodology which is scientific and applies to every organization, big or small.. It is a radar that guides where you want to steer the ship instead of just floating with the current.
