A leading resort operator with pan-India presence is seeking a dynamic finance professional to head regional resort finance operations.
🔑 Role Highlights
Lead controlling, accounting, and MIS functions across resorts.
Partner with RVPs/GMs to drive profitability through analysis of room rates, occupancies, and cost of acquisition.
Manage statutory/internal audits, receivables, and credit policy adherence.
Liaise with owners of leased/managed resorts for reconciliations and settlements.
Oversee capex budgeting, ROI analysis, and expansion projects.
Support contracting of new properties with financial estimates and ROI studies.
