We are looking for customer support executives with 6 months - 1 year experience.
Roles and responsibilities :
Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal tools
Answering phone calls and responding promptly to emails/chats.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions & manage and resolve
customer complaints.
Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented in the database and suitable information is provided to clients
Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved
Recognize , Document and alert the management of trends in customer queries
Follow up with customers on unresolved queries
Develop and write professional mail to customers
Skills & Requirements:
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and Week offs
Proficient in English and Hindi ( Mandatory )
Basic Tally knowledge is preferred
Candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice/Non-Voice
Process
Knowledge of GST, Billing / Accounts or Financial services will be add-on
An enthusiastic and energetic individual.
Ability to adjust in Fast Paced and Quick Learning environment
Ability to communicate efficiently with cross functional teams
