Position Processor NRI ON Boarding

Location Bengaluru

Primary responsibilities/Job description

NRI - account sourcing documentation, transaction processing in line with RBI & FEMA regulations & guidelines
Coordinate with overseas customers through email and phone to obtain required documents for fulfilment of banking request
Error free processing with adherence to TAT and reporting daily dashboards
Knowledge sharing with stake holders thru formal forums & day to day interactions
Updates on changes in regulatory guidelines and implement
Liaise with Frontend, Product, Compliance & IT teams in meeting service delivery

Roles and Responsibilities:

To possess strong communication (oral & written) & interpersonal skills
Develop strong working relationships with Front end Relationship Managers
Ability to adapt & implement immediate changes with process control
Provide periodic dashboards to seniors & stakeholders
Ensure to provide customer satisfaction at all times
Flexible work schedule to cater to overseas customers

Other Requirements:

Worked in NR Account/FD opening/servicing/clearing/Remittances etc for atleast 4 to 6 years
Be updated on all the regulatory/income tax guidelines on NR /PIO/OCI
Conversant in FEMA guidelines/NR reporting to RBI
Understands KYC and other documentation requirements of NR accounts
Experience in a control and process oriented functionality
Ensure to provide customer satisfaction at all times
Good analytical and problem solving abilities, attention to detail
Well versed in MS-Office, Word & PPT
Good Communication and presentation skills
