Job Description - Executive (Sales)
Location : Bhiwadi, Sohna, Delhi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Chennai.
Role Summary
The objective of this role is to generate revenue by selling units from One of the leading Real Estate Company projects. She/He will be single point contact for handling of customers from point of sales of handing over of the unit.
Executive / Senior Executive (Sales) is also responsible for collection from respective customer base and managing customer expectations, relationships and grievances.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on the inquiries generated and conduct the site visits
- Generate reference inquiries
- Ensure quality entry and follow up of all the inquires into CRM.
- Conduct site visit with corporates and institutions
- Executive the overall sales process steps like:- Booking documentation and facilitating the loan process
- Understands customer grievances and endeavors to resolve them
- Organize marketing activities and events
- Managing trail and short stay apartment experience
- Conducts competitive analysis
Collections
- Follow up with customers ensuring timely collection
- Identify customer payment related issues and help resolve them
Reports
- Create relevant reports, e.g. work progress report, collections, stock, website report.
Job Requirement
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Preference given to MBA/Graduate in (English honors) & ( psychology)/ Engineer/Architect/Working as in sales department in service industry/car sales/hotel industry
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience
CTC offer: Up to 3 lac PA
