Field officer must be responsible for all security personnel under him.

Role includes -

1. Recruitment of security personnel.

2. Training.

3. Attendance collection.

4. Cheque collection.

5. Client Liason

6. Night checking

7.fill up the vacancy immediately

8.Reporting on time

Salary is not a problem as long as the candidate is hard working and responsible
