Electronic Safety Guard is used predominantly for human safety in the danger zone such as power press, shearing, bending, printing press and paper cutting machine.. To Handle this purpose, we have manufactured "Electronic safety guard" in a way that fortifies maximum safety for people working in danger zone.
They work based on infra-red beam technique.

These equipments are easy to understand and use. A photo electric transmitter projects on array of synchronized parallel infra-red light beams to a receiver unit when an opaque object interrupts one or more beams the light curtain controller send a stop signal to the guarded machine. This technique offers enhanced safety and rejection of external light sources.

A BRIEF ON OUR PRODUCT - INDUCTION CAP SEALER:

We all know that a main cause to understand if a product is safe and hygienic or not, is through the aluminium foil which you see in the lip of a container.

To serve this purpose we have manufactured "induction Cap sealer" which is efficient and effective in bonding a foil laminate inner seal to the lip of a container. This is done After the container has been filled and capped with an induction-lined closure, Thereby it is passed underneath the Induction Cap Sealing Machine
This technique provides the user a tamper evident seal.The affixed foil ensures integrity of the product and prevents from leakage .It increases the life of the product, reduces pilferage and gives customer satisfaction.

A BRIEF ON OUR PRODUCT - STATIC DISCHARGER:

Static Charge is usually caused when certain materials are rubbed against each other like—Paper, Textile, and Plastic Laminates .
It is also caused when materials are pressed against each other and pulled apart.

The process causes electrons to be pulled from the surface of one material and relocate on the surface of the other material.
Static electricity can cause materials to attract or repel each other. It can also cause a spark to jump from one material to another. For eg. As the cutting machine moves fast, it develops heavy friction with the materials, resulting the heavy static electricity generation. Hence the materials cuts cannot get properly piled up. and so we have a manufactured "Static Discharger" as an ultimate solution for this problem for the respectve industries.
