We at Sooryodhaya, not only aim in selling residential plots, but firmly focus on creating healthy community living, with spirituality at heart and service in action. Sooryodhaya Developers was established not just to sell land, but also for developing a society which supports the old and needy. Sooryodhaya Developers & Sooryodhaya Charitable Trust were established in 2008, to realize our aim. So far, Sooryodhaya Developers have completed 3 projects and have 2 projects going on. Over 400 residential plots have been sold. All these projects involve spiritual and service activities, which will be up and about soon. All of our layouts are located along the Tiruvallur-Uthukottai Highway(SH 50). Sri Amman Sathyanathan, author of the popular Sri Raghvendra Mahimai series of books, was on the lookout for land to construct Sri Raghavendra Granthalaya. He got in touch with our trustees for the same. Sooryodhaya Charitable Trust had the honour of donating an acre of land for Sri Raghavendra Granthalaya project( https://www.facebook.com/SriRaghavendraGranthalaya ). A spiritual library and a Mrittika Brindavana for The “Kaliyuga Kamadhenu”.
