7. Applicant Aadhaar linked Mobile no. and E-Mail Id (for OTP received)
8. Company Address.
9. Proprietor Address.
10. Savings (or) Current Account Bank details branch with IFSC Code.
(PDF Scan copy of bank passbook, file size within 5 MB)
11. Selection of goods category to be for export or import.
12. Digital Signature Service (DSC Token Class 3)
13. Govt application fees Rs.500/-
14. GST NO. if obtained
