Mahalakshmi Saravanan is an internationally recognized first generation social entrepreneur, and a TEDx speaker. She was born in Ketti, a small village in The Nilgiris and she belongs to the indigenous community called “Badagas”. Mahalakshmi Saravanan was invited as the Chief Guest by the Indian Space Research Organisation-ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri during their women's day celebrations on 30th March,2022. She interacted with 150+ engineers directly and addressed 500+ employees of ISRO through a live stream at the same time.
