We have a proper Security training division at our premises, where we have Training Officers who give a formal training to Security guards before they are deputed at our Clients’ places. We see to it that Security guards are at least 18 years old and have a clean criminal record. We train them for being neatly dressed in good uniform. During their training, Security guards develop skills in observation, first aid, investigative techniques, loss prevention and crisis management. We also provide armed Security Officers, who will be able to handle deadly weapons and perform firearm safety as well. We also teach them conflict management techniques. The following are the different entities of training that we address:
