Hello everyone,
We are posting this to bring the incident to light that we had faced with an reputed company Samsung, their products that are being advertised by celebrities are one of the most painful things witnessed today. The customers are not being valued or treated with respect when it comes to Samsung services. We are answerable for our own products even if it had manufacturing defects in it.

So as on 09/08/2021
We had given two of Samsungmobile phones those were Samsung galaxy fold ( 1 ) and Samsung galaxy z fold 2. We handed them over to the Samsung customer service care at Kodambakkam in chennai. They had asked us to contact the customer care online and we followed as per they instructed. As the Samsung galaxy z fold 2 was under warranty we and it did not have any physical damage or water logged. So they told us to wait for 2 working days from the 09/08/2021 onwards for a callback from the customer care executive. We waited for days and by 18th we received a call from the senior service executive MR. S. Sujith who’s office is located in whites road, express estate, Royapettah, Chennai. That is next to the express avenue mall.
Mr.S.Sujith, who refused to claim our warranty kept asking us to pay the entire amount for the primary display. Later on he started to give discounts like a shop retailer. We had informed him that this is an valuable phone and it is still under warranty we have the premier card for the warranty and yet you ask us to pay the money. The phone did not have any physical damage or any water log.

Mr.Sujith was asked to connect to his senior manager for an clarity about this miscommunication and he refused to connect the call and he disconnected the call while we were still asking him about the warranty status.

we had to take the next step, so we decided to visit the office in Royapettah to meet the head of MR.S.Sujith. We were force stopped in the entry at the security desktop, they did not allow us to see anyone so they connected their phone call on the local telephone to talk to MR.S. Sujith. He refused to come and talk to us from his cabin. He had asked the securities to abuse us with unparliamentary words and forced us to leave the Samsung office.
He had also stated that “ do whatever you want to do I cannot claim your phone on warranty”

So is this even a way to handle their customers ?
While my phone is still on warranty period is this how they treat us ? Force us to pay the entire money instead of calming for their own manufacturing defect ?
Samsung Global needs to apologize and look into this issue.
I’m attaching the JOB SHEET of our phone and the premier warranty card below.
We will take further actions if we are not answered anytime soon.
