: Our executive team visited our customers at the American Chemical Society to discuss the latest in our suite of tech products. Thank you to John Blanchard, Mary O'Hara, and Chris Wolford for being such gracious hosts.

Back home, our interns hosted another 'Ignis Mentis' session, this time exploring practical AI tools. We put our managers in the learner’s seat with a 'TechFliP' workshop focused on decision-making, collaboration, and business communication.

A shout-out to our Composition Team, who received high praise from customers for meeting all H1 targets. This team processes around 7 million pages annually, using a proprietary automated and scalable centralised pagination product.

Sustainability took centre stage as our Admin Team marked with sapling-planting drives around our campuses, and a insightful talk by Cool The Globe founder Prachi Shevgaonkar, who shared practical ways we can all contribute to fighting global warming. Meanwhile, our clean-up crew, accompanied by their children, took part in a local lake clean-up drive.

We also celebrated Graduation Day in Chennai and Coimbatore. Congratulations to our newest team members who’ve completed months of training and are ready to dive into their roles. And of course, no month is complete without a dose of Fun Fridays! Our offices buzzed with competitive energy, team spirit, and a lot of laughs.

: This past month, our executive teams have been on the road across the United States and Europe, meeting customers, connecting with peers, and exhibiting at the Society for Scholarly Publishing’s annual meeting.

Back home, we had the pleasure of welcoming Don McConnell, Sean Pankhurst, and Christopher Jackson from to our office in Chennai, where we explored ideas around process and technology efficiencies.

Meanwhile, our tech team launched Publisher Central - a new product designed to give publishers full control and visibility into their workflows. See more of what the product can do: tnqtech.com/publishercentral/

Our IT team kept things lively with quizzes and contests during Business Continuity Awareness Week, helping us all better understand our roles in keeping operations running smoothly.

A special shoutout to our amazing interns, who led the charge on conceptualising and managing Ignis Mentis - a new initiative to make engineering enjoyable for everyone. They’ve been wearing different hats and running engaging sessions, with the goal to make engineering fun, collaborative, and creative.

We’ve been wrapping up each week on a high with competitive Fun Fridays! From stacking paper cups to team-building games, it’s been a month of energy, learning, and connection.

: a month of hacking, training, learning! A big thank you to our customers from The American Chemical Society who visited us at our headquarters in Chennai, and took the time to recognise the team members working on their content, as part of our Rewards & Recognition programme.

Cementing our commitment to responsible and secure use of AI technologies, we are among the first in our industry to have begun our journey towards the ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems. In an important milestone, 20 members from our cross-functional steering committee have become Certified Lead Implementers.

And in an effort to explore real-world applications of AI for internal transformation, our annual caffeine-powered 10-hour Hackathon saw our teams building working prototypes around the theme ‘GenAI in Action: Beyond the Hype’. More on this soon.

We also hosted discovery sessions pre-Hackathon, where Product and Design shared insights with the larger teams. Elsewhere, as temperatures rise across India, our offices are keeping things cool with traditional earthen pots serving refreshing buttermilk!

'TechFLIP', short for Focused Learning & Inspired Performance is a programme created by TNQTech's L&D team to flip the script on long-term learning in the organisation. Here, the leaders do the learning, with the agenda set by the learners.

The modules in this programme were designed to equip our technology leaders with the skills they need to manage their teams and their customer-facing roles, and the confidence to do it all well.

We want to congratulate our fantastic who spent a tremendous amount of time and effort learning, and then demonstrating their learning with a case study presented to a panel. The winning team blew us away with their presentation - well done to Sankar, Jeevitha, Ganesh, and Vishnu!

A shout out to our Learning & Development team for delivering such an impactful programme. Over 6 months, these workshops covered leadership communication, problem-solving methodologies, and analytical frameworks. The teams were assigned real-life scenarios that tested their ability to collaborate, analyse, and propose actionable solutions.

: A month of new opportunities and huge milestones for us. In early December we celebrated with a grand, traditional South Indian feast at our offices to mark our new journey with Lumina Datamatics.

A shout-out to our talented team members who won awards at our ceremony. Congratulations to our Chief Information Security Officer Prabhakar Ramakrishnan who won the Best CISO Award by AVAR Asia.

Our Product team partnered with The Product Folks to host an insightful event, while our Learning and Development team worked with our Tech managers on management upskilling workshops. We closed 2024 with a year-end town hall on a rainy afternoon, complete with hot chai.

We can't wait to see what 2025 has in store for us.
