Introducing Rajesh Swaminathan a HR professional, whom i met in 2023 at the Under Dogs of Madras run by Nithin Alexander it was a full packed house and i saw Rajesh and his wife Rama Rajesh sitting in the middle of the room. Most of the time they both network together at many important events in the city.

After the program he and his wife came up and spoke a lot on how to look for some business etc.

After which we kept our relationship and in between he went on a sabbatical from networking, recently at the organised by my friend Dr.Imthyaz Sheriff C, i was moderating a panel and we met up, later he said he heard me and decided to pivot his life after hearing me.

Today he is doing podcasts on HR related topics and is ready for a growth in his area of specialization. A good human being and a real appreciator of my work. We decided to meet up at my favourite Third Wave Coffee in Adyar and spend some time catching up and we decided to do a small video for my LinkedIn family.

If you are living or visiting Coimbatore and if you have not visited Zomibi Cafe which gives us some amazing western cuisines run by my friend Arunkumar Visweswaran - who runs this wonderful place, with great food along with his partner Amin and wonderful chef Fabin.

I visited this place along with my friend Gerald Lucian who runs Infinite Group, a company that does Retail Fixtures for some big brands in the country and his factory is in Coimbatore to help retailers in the south of India to have the best of retail fixtures and signages.

We had an amazing discussion about Western food along with Fabin.
