GOBI FRY (65 Style)

Ingredients:
1. Cauliflower - 1 No
2. Basin flour - 60 Gm
3. Rice flour - 40 Gm
4. Lime juice - 2 No
5.Egg - 1 No
6. Salt - taste
7. Chilly powder- 5 Gm
8. Corrainder powder- 4Gm
9. Red colour - As Required
10. Oil - To deep fry

Method:
Cut the cauliflower into small size. Mix all ingredients and make a paste fixture. Mix the cauliflower with required paste marrinate well. Heat oil in a kadai and fry well. Serve hot with lime widge.

Lightly Spiced Tomato Soup:

Ingredients :
1. 1 Tsp Cron or Peanut oil
2. 1 Onion, finely chopped
3. 2 Tomatoes ,peeled,seeded and chopped
4. 475 Ml chicken stock ( necessary )
5. 2 large spring of fresh corrainder
6. Salt
7. Freshly ground black pepper coarsely ground black pepper to serve.

Method:
Head the oil in a large sauce pan and gently fry the onion, stirring, frequently for about 5 minutes until it is soft and transparent but not brown. Add then lower the heat, cover the pan and simmer gently for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft. Remove and discard the corrainder, press the soup through a sieve and return it to the clean pan season and heat through. serve sprinkled with coarsely ground black pepper.(We can provide food for marriage or any other function and we issues combo pack..for your budget categorizes for further details..) visit

INGREDIENTS:
1. Oil & Ghee - 75 Gm
2. Cinnamon - 5 Gm
3. Cardamon - 4 Gm
4. Cloves - 5 Gm
5. Mace - 2 Gm
6. Bay leaf - 2No
7. star anise spice- 2Gm
8. Green chilly - 5 Gm
9. Ginger - 30Gm
10.Garlic - 1 pod
11.Tomatoes - 75 Gm
12.Turmeric powder- A Pinch
13. Coriander powder- 10 Gm
14. Chilly Powder - 5 Gm
15. Garam Masala - 3Gm
16. Basmathi rice - 500 Gm
17. Chicken - 500 Gm
18. Curd - 100 Gm
19. Mint - 1/2 Bunch
20. Corrainder leaves- 1/4 Bunch
21. Salt - To taste

Method :
Clean and Joint Chicken melt fat temper the whole garam masala, Add sliced onions saute then add ginger, garlic paste saute well.
Then add Green chilly, masala powder and saute well and add chicken and cook for a while then add rice, curd, mint paste, salt and water allow to cook. when it is done 3/4 th prepare for dum and set till it is fully. serve hot . Instant Oat Dosa...
Soak the Oats for 5 mins in sufficient water.
Grind it to a smooth batter with some sour yogurt.
Flavour with some cumin seeds, crushed pepper, chopped onion and ginger, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.
Make dosa immediately and serve with any choice of your chutneys.
