Recruitment of Workers from India
We here looking for male workers for employment in Malaysia
No of workers – 100 – 150 Workers
Job Description – Plantation worker
Age – 18 to 35 years
Contract – (2+1) years
Basic salary – RM 1,100
Working Days / Hours – Monday to Saturday: 8.0 Hours a Day
Over Time – In accordance with Labour Laws of Malaysia
Levy – Paid by the Employer
Accommodation – Will be provided by the Employer with facilities.
Food – Borne by the Employee
Allowance – In accordance with Labour Laws of Malaysia
Medical & Insurance – Will be provided by the Employer
Annual & Sick Leave – In accordance with Labour Laws of Malaysia
Air Ticket – Single Air Ticket will be provided by the Employer
Dead Body of Workers – Weill be sent to India, by the Employer’s Cost
Workmen Compensation – As per Labour Law, will be provided by the Employer
Levy & Immigration – Employer will pay advanced levy at immigration
Termination of Service:
That if the Employee breaches any company law or Malaysian law
That if the Employee’s work permit withdrawn by the concern authority
That if the Employee is discovered to be under ages
That if the Employee is absent from work, more than 2 (Two) Days
That if the Employee will be declared medically unfit
Exclusive:
*The employee has to do the single entry visa stamping from Chennai Immigration
*Medical has to be done by the Employee end( We will guide them)
Charges:
Visa + Malaysian Government Charges will take 99,888 INR from the Employee end.
