Those who are with 4 - 7 years of experience with the below exposure and having work experience in Banking Processes (preferably CITI) should be the
focus:

1. Write the processes to meet customer expectations, that is in-line with the standards practiced in the organization, to institutionalize all similar projects in an organization.
2. Deriving Quality Objectives from the Business objectives of the
organization
3. To check the gaps in the documents as of latest policies and
update them in line with the current processes.
4. Baseline the Metrics
5. Driving the Process initiatives
6. Compiling the Statistical Process controls methods suitable for
the organisational processes.
7. Developing templates and tools to drive the organisational
process.
