JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Overall in-charge of Accounts
o Book Keeping (Tally based), Trial Balance, Monthly Accounts, Annual Accounts (Income & Expenditure Statement, Receipts & Payments Account and Balance Sheet), preparing and accounting of receipts, validating and payment of expenses and purchases, Bank Accounts / Bank Reconciliation Statements, schedules for assets, liabilities, various types of expenses etc
• Annual Audit – liaison with and support to Auditors to complete the Audit of the Accounts.
• Liaison with Banks as and when required.
• Budgeting
• Actual reports compared to Budget
• Preparation of Donation utilization reports as and when required
• Maintaining Fixed Assets Register and preserving relevant original bills
• Ensure appropriate Accounting / Internal controls
• Income Tax – TDS deductions, payments and Income Tax portal updation compliances pertaining to TDS, Donations and other such matters
• GST compliances (as and when required)
• FCRA compliances
• Inventory Accounting / Stock controls
• Payroll processing and related activities
• Resident’s cost computation (including understanding and using the hospital information software)
• Any other Accounting / Finance related matters as and when required.
Note: Some administrative responsibilities will be added to this position at a later date depending on the workload pertaining to the above R&R.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education : Any Degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration, PG Preferred.
Experience : 5+ years in Accounts and related areas (with some administrative experience)
Preferred Age : Open & Retired persons also can be considered
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, specifically Excel
• Experience with Tax, GST, FCRA matters (or willing to learn if no experience)
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Experience in working in healthcare industry is desired

Compensation would be around Rs 20,000 per month

The primary purpose for the full-time in-house position of the Telugu Language Manager is to ensure consistent premium quality deliverables in order to maintain client satisfaction. Deliverables include translations, glossaries and other translation projects. This person will be a full-time with a consistent workload contributing to our production of specific language translations annually.

Major responsibilities will include:

- Translating technical translations from Telugu language into English.
- Maintaining a basic understanding of translation filing requirements, as well as client specific requirements.
- Operating with a medium level of support and intervention from the Project Management and Quality team including recognizing and escalating, in a timely manner, any issues beyond their control.
- Creating and maintaining glossaries and style guides.
- Completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as assigned.
- Working as part of a larger, global team.

Additional Job Description

Experience & Education Level
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in languages or equivalent work experience.
Native-level Telugu speaker, fluency in 1-2 other languages (English).

Prior Experience
Minimum of 5 years of translation experience, marketing and creative strongly preferred
Previous experience editing and/or proofreading
Other relevant skills

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
