Job Description:
1.. Responsible for handling calls, solving customer queries.
2.. Advising Customers on the right utility partner, thus enable them to save money.
3.. Building rapport with customers and retain them by providing quality service.
4.. Updating customers on latest information about the products & services.
Work Timings:
1.. UK (04.30 pm- 01.30 am) - Fixed shift with Fixed offf / No rotational nor extension
2.. Sunday Fixed off
