Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Valid Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
Minimum 5β7 years of experience in Industrial Catering, Camp Catering, Employee Mess Facilities, or Institutional Kitchens.
At least 2β3 years of supervisory experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent.
Experience in preparing and managing 500β5,000+ meals per day.
Strong knowledge of large-scale food production, menu planning, recipe standardization, and food cost control.
Good understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Basic computer knowledge for inventory management and kitchen reporting.
Proven ability to lead kitchen teams, maintain food quality, control inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
GCC experience will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production schedules.
