Strengthening Women’s Leadership

On 13th May 2026, Nenterprise Chizami Weaves organized an Orientation, Wages Review & Leadership Development Programme with our field mobilizers and weaver representatives.

A total of 32 participants from 13 villages came together to review weaving wages, share feedback and challenges, and engage in leadership and motivational sessions focused on collective growth and inclusivity.

As Miss Seno Tsuhah reminded us:
“We are all leaders.”
Together, we continue weaving stronger leadership, fairer systems, and a future rooted in our culture and community.
