Master Remover 7000 Sustainable Paint Removal Process
Process Information
Master Remover 7000 is a non-aqueous, chemical process that rapidly penetrates and removes a wide
variety of powder paint coatings from aluminium, steel, magnesium, brass, and zinc/galvanized parts. The
process is designed for cleaning Jigs and Racks or reclaiming high-value parts while maintaining the
intended substrate and metallurgical properties. Master Remover 7000 dissolves or disperse most powder coatings, leaving the substrate ready for subsequent processing, making it possible to re-paint or re-workparts without additional processing. Master Remover 7000 advantages when compared with conventional stripping techniques:

Corrosion Inhibitor for Nickel, Copper and Copper Alloys
Unimax Post Dip protects mainly electroplated Nickel, Copper and Copper alloys from
corrosion. On the metal surface the inhibitor forms a very thin and firmly adhering
protective film, which stops the corrosive attack on the metal. As the film is smooth, non
greasy and virtually colourless, the original appearance of the metal is retained. The
protective film is very thin; therefore the heat exchange between metals and coolants is
not impaired.
