Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee our reception area and ensure the smooth operation of front desk activities. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing the reception team, handling guest inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in multiple languages, and possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes, including reservation management and payment processing.
4. Maintain accurate records of guest information and room bookings.
5. Manage phone calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
6. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages, both verbal and written, preferred.
4. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Bachelor's degree in BBA, BCom, BSc, MBA, or BTech graduates, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Salary Range: βΉ12,000 - βΉ20,000 per month (Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications)
