Job Description :

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to a dynamic and super fastest-growing E-Surveillance company in India. You will be mandated to develop and pe*****te new small and medium retail segments to attain the company's aggressive Targets.

Sporada Secure seeks confident, resourceful and self-initiating team players with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-pronged and young work environment where each individual contributor is expected to drive projects forward while also working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. He/she will be expected to manage clients independently and make important decisions about sales approach and network development while also leveraging the strengths of Sporada Secure's team to deliver the high-quality, high-impact work that makes up the core of Sporada Secure's formidable reputation.

Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for delivering the corporate strategy for revenue growth through your effective management of the sales planning process.

Specific accountabilities will be as follows:

Delivering the company's MRR Targets.
Develop plans for pe*******on to Retail Segments
Develop plans to meet or exceed the company's revenue target
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations
Develop and maintain relationships with senior customers and identify new opportunities
Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and delivering accurate and timely customer requirements to the solutions development team
Business Skills:-

Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels.
Demonstrated Exceptional Closing Skills
Excellent Presentation Skills – Looking for a master presenter
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Effective decision-making ability and superior communication skills
Sound knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
Excellent organization and time management skills meeting deadlines as required
Travel approximately 10 – 12 days travel.
Sales Revenue Experience:-

Should have demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale in excess of 2 Crores.
Selling SaaS products and services with MRR will be a big plus.
Experience:-

2-3+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to Small & Medium Retailers.
Knowledge of the Retail Industry
Extensive knowledge of the Purchase process
Experience in selling AI or Video Analytics related products
Experience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be a big asset
Experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.
Personal Attributes:-

Outgoing extrovert personality.
Friendly & Easy to work with
Smart in appearance with excellent grooming & Dressing
Languages: Tamil and English with Hindi will be an additional plus.
Educational Qualification:- Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred
