Sealmatic 14th Annual Congress & Evening Get-Together: A Celebration of Growth and Togetherness
Sealmatic proudly celebrated its 14th Annual Congress and Evening Get-Together, bringing together the entire Sealmatic family for a memorable day of achievements, inspiration and togetherness.
The conference began with an inspiring address by Mr. Umar AK Balwa, who congratulated the team for their outstanding performance during 2025-26. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of teamwork, continuous growth and maintaining a positive approach towards both professional and personal life.
During the conference, each department presented a review of their performance, key achievements and future plans, reflecting Sealmatic’s commitment towards excellence and innovation.
The celebrations continued with the much-awaited Evening Get-Together, where employees and their families enjoyed a joyful evening filled with music, dance, karaoke, poetry and entertainment. A special highlight of the evening was the felicitation ceremony honouring employees who completed 5 years and 10 years with the organization, recognizing their dedication, loyalty and valuable contribution to Sealmatic’s journey. Fun-filled games and engaging activities added excitement and laughter to the celebration, creating memorable moments for everyone present. The vibrant atmosphere and cheerful participation strengthened the bond among the Sealmatic family, followed by a grand dinner celebration.
