01 डिसेंबर : मुंबईत घर म्हणजे दिवास्वप्नचं…पण आता मुंबईत घरांची समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी राज्य सरकारने पाऊल उचलले आहे. एसआरए (झोपड्डपट्टी पूर्नविकास)साठी जमीन दिली नाही तर 5 मोठ्या जमीन मालकांकडून जमीन काढून घेणार असल्याची घोषणा मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केलीये.

माजी मुख्यमंत्री अशोक चव्हाणांनंतर पाच वर्षांनी या एसआरएच्या कार्यालयाला एखाद्या मुख्यमंत्र्यानी भेट दिली. या भेटीनंतर मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी मीडियाशी संवाद साधला. यावेळी त्यांनी यासाठी काही कडक पावलं उचलण्याचे संकेत त्यांनी दिले आहे. 20 वर्षांपासून रखडलेल्या पालिकेच्या 117 आणि म्हाडाच्या 96 भूखंडांवर एसआरए प्रकल्प 3 वर्षांत मार्गी लावणार आणि धारावी पुनर्विकासात 300 चौ.फूट घर मोफत देणार असल्याचा दावा मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी केला. मुंबईकरांच्या समस्या सोडवण्यावर आमचा भर असेल असं आश्वासनही मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी स्पष्ट केलंय.लोकांना परवडणारी घरं द्यायची असतील तर काही गोष्टी तातडीनं करणं गरजेचं आहे, असं सांगत मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी निर्णयांना धडाका सुरू केला.

एक नजर महत्वपुर्ण निर्णयांवर…

– SRAसाठी जमीन दिली नाही तर 5 मोठ्या जमीन मालकांकडून जमीन काढून घेणार
– 20 वर्षांपासून रखडलेल्या पालिकेच्या 117 आणि म्हाडाच्या 96 भूखंडांवर SRA प्रकल्प 3 वर्षांत मार्गी लावणार
– धारावी पुनर्विकासात 300 चौ.फूट घर मोफत, 100 चौ.फुटाचा बांधकाम खर्च लाभाथीर्ंनी द्यावा

मुंबईतील झोपडपट्टीवासियांचा विकास करण्यासाठी झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन विकास प्राधिकरणामार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या योजना अधिक गतीने राबविण्यात येणार असून मुंबईत हाऊसिंग स्टॉक निर्माण करण्यास प्राधान्य देण्याबाबतचा निर्णय आज माझ्या अध्यक्षतेखाली झालेल्या झोपडपट्टी पुनर्वसन विकास प्राधिकरणाच्या बैठकीत घेण्यात आला. मुंबईमधील ४६% लोक झोपडपट्ट्यांमध्ये राहतात. मुंबईचा सर्वांगिण विकास करताना झोपडपट्टीवासियांचे प्रश्न सोडविणे महत्त्वाचे आहे. मुंबई महापालिकेचे ११७ तर, म्हाडाचे ९६ प्रकल्प प्रलंबित आहेत. तीन वर्षांपासून प्रलंबित असलेल्या प्रकल्पांचा आढावा घेऊन ते तातडीने सुरु करण्याबाबतचे आदेश मी संबंधितांना दिले. धारावीचा पुनर्विकास नव्याने करण्यासंदर्भात तेथील उद्योग आणि रहिवाशी यांचा एकत्रित विकास कसा करता येईल यासाठी अभ्यास करण्याच्या सूचना मी दिल्या. परवडणारी घरे बांधण्याच्या प्रकल्पाचा विकास करण्यासाठी खाजगी विकासकांना प्रोत्साहन देण्यात येईल. वांद्रे येथे झालेल्या बैठकीस महसूल मंत्री एकनाथजी खडसे, उद्योग मंत्री प्रकाशजी महेता, मुंबईच्या महापौर स्नेहल आंबेकरहि उपस्थित होते.
It was decided today to give priority to housing stock and speed up the projects under SRA for the progress of slum dwellers. 46% of the people of Mumbai live in slums.107projects of BMC and 96 projects of MHADA are pending since 3years. I have given instructions to the concerned officers to come out with a solution on how redevelopment of Dharavi can be started afresh, considering the development of people and business both. It is important to to have affordable homes and for that private projects will be encouraged. Minister Eknath Khadseji, Minister Prakashji Mehta and Mayor of Mumbai Snehalji Ambekar were present in this meeting held at Bandra.
