During today's Food Production Practical, our students prepared and plated a variety of delicious dishes, including:

Our Batch 10B students recently enjoyed a refreshing outing in Kurseong. The purpose was to strengthen friendship, encourage teamwork, and help students connect with nature in a relaxed environment.

Congratulations! 👏

We are proud to share the success story of Ms. Upashna Rai from Maney Bhanjyang, Sukhia Pokhri, who travelled to Kurseong and joined Glorious IHM to pursue her dream of building a career in the hospitality industry.

During her training, Upashna proved to be a sincere, hardworking, and dedicated student. She was selected for her internship at Six Senses Fort Barwara, one of India's most renowned luxury international properties, known for hosting the wedding of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif.

Her outstanding performance, professional attitude, and commitment to excellence earned her the Best Trainee of the Month Award. She also received excellent feedback and appreciation from guests and the management team.
