Office Assistant/Beck end support
Candidate who can Read+Write+Speak English, has good communication skills and should confidently handle.
MS- Office, excel word and outlook. Interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone and email.
Will be responsible for office administration work, co-ordination and follow-up, computer data entry work, looking after mails, other office related duties assigned time to time
• Maintenance of Stock records & Management.
• Vendor Management O2D Process (Order to Delivery).
• Recording & Tracking Product OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Schemes and Offers and claiming Rebates / Claims on time, through Debit Note / Invoice generation.
• Update Sales records in OEM portal for tracking sales performance.
• Maintaining Records & Reports on Sales & Purchase
• Preparation of MIS reports on Sales Performance and provides insights on the same.
