RBI has issued Discussion Paper on Governance in Commercial Banks in India & inviting public comments latest by 15 July,2020.

*Good news for CS Profession is*

1. All Banks shall have a Company Secretary.

2. Secretarial Audit is mandatory on all Banks as per provision of Section 204 of Companies Act, 2013.
