Job Description: Accounts Executive

Company: Real Estate Developer Group

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Salary: Up to β‚Ή20,000 per month

Interview Date: (January 8- January 10 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Operations: Manage ledger entries, journal entries, contra, payment, and receipt vouchers.

Real Estate Bookkeeping: Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records specifically for property transactions and site costs.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure internal records match bank statements.

Statutory Compliance: Assist in the computation and filing of GST and TDS returns.

Receivables & Payables: Manage vendor accounts, verify bills for timely payment, and coordinate with the sales/CRM team for customer payment recovery.

Documentation: Maintain proper filing of vouchers, invoices, and statutory records both physically and digitally.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in accounting; experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus.

Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally/ ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Education: B.Com or M.Com from a recognized institution.
