It was a privilege to interact with the bright minds of our profession at the 65th Campus Placement Programme for Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants, organized by the ICAI Placement Directorate.
I shared my thoughts on how Chartered Accountants will play a crucial role in building a developed India through good governance, transparent financial statements, ethical decision-making, regulatory compliance, and the optimum utilisation of capital.
As future leaders of finance and business, your responsibility extends beyond numbers. You are the custodians of trust, accountability, and transparency—the very foundations upon which a strong and prosperous nation is built.
The road to Viksit Bharat 2047 demands integrity, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership. I am confident that the next generation of Chartered Accountants will rise to this challenge and contribute meaningfully to India's growth story.
