🔹 Company Secretary – 1 Position
• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate/secretarial compliances
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, ROC filings, FEMA and other Company Law related matters, and other corporate and regulatory assignments
🔹 CS Trainees – 2 Positions
• Candidates pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) course
• Basic knowledge of company law and compliance
• Strong learning attitude and good communication skills
