*DAY2 PCOS Reversal Diaries

PCOS/PMOS symptoms like irregular periods, facial hair & inflammation can sometimes be linked to insulin resistance.

This is Gudmar (Gymnema sylvestre) - an Ayurvedic herb traditionally used to support healthy blood-sugar metabolism.

Try this simple routine: soak the leaves overnight, lightly crush & strain them in the morning, then drink the water.

Haleem seeds may be tiny, but they can be a surprisingly rich source of iron.

If you’re dealing with low iron, low hemoglobin, fatigue, or hair fall, adding iron-rich foods to your diet can be a helpful step.

But here’s the part many people miss: getting enough iron isn’t the whole story—your body also needs to absorb it well. Pairing iron-rich foods with the right foods can make a difference.

Want to know how to consume haleem seeds for better iron absorption?
Comment “SEEDS” and I’ll share some easy ways!

Night-time leg cramps, tingling toes, burning feet or cracked heels?

Sometimes, these can be linked to nutrient deficiencies - including magnesium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, calcium or zinc.

But remember: symptoms can have many causes, so don’t self-diagnose. A proper evaluation and blood tests may be needed.

Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you my complete Monsoon Food Guide 🌧️

Monsoon can increase the risk of food contamination because humidity and moisture create better conditions for microbes to multiply.

✅ Leafy greens can trap soil and microorganisms in their uneven surfaces.

✅ Cauliflower and cabbage can retain insects and contaminants between tightly packed leaves and florets.

✅ Mushrooms are highly perishable because of their high moisture content.

This doesn’t mean you need to stop eating vegetables. Choose fresher produce, wash thoroughly, cook properly and be extra careful with storage during monsoon.

Comment “MONSOON” and I’ll send you my complete Monsoon Immunity Guide 🌧️

Every monsoon, I see the same pattern in kids: cough, cold, recurrent infections and low appetite.

As a dietitian, I don’t wait for my child to fall sick. I focus on building the basics BEFORE the season peaks:

✔ Vitamin C rich foods like amla, guava and citrus fruits
✔ Vitamin D3 if deficient, under pediatric guidance
✔ Zinc from eggs, dairy, legumes and seeds
✔ Protein at every meal to support immune proteins and antibodies
✔ Homemade curd and fermented foods for gut health
✔ Tulsi, ginger and turmeric as part of regular meals/drinks

Because immunity isn’t built by one “superfood”. It’s built by consistent nutrition, adequate protein, micronutrients and a healthy gut.

Save this for your monsoon grocery planning 🌧️

Your period is more than just a monthly cycle, it’s a reflection of your body’s internal health.

If you notice changes like lighter flow, irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, cramps, bloating, or strong cravings, it could be your body responding to shifts in nutrition, hormones, or lifestyle.

Simple daily support like iron-rich foods, seeds, antioxidant-rich fruits, calming herbal teas, and balanced meals can help your body feel more supported through every phase of your cycle.

Focus on:
• Enough protein to support hormones & recovery
• Iron-rich foods, especially during heavy bleeding
• Fibre & healthy fats for stable blood sugar
• Hydration + stress management for better cycle balance

Comment “KANJI” and I’ll send you the recipe.

Your gut is home to trillions of bacteria that influence far more than digestion-they can also affect how your skin looks and feels.

That’s why fermented foods like kanji deserve a place in your diet. Small, consistent additions to your meals often make a bigger difference than expensive skincare products.

Save this for your next healthy habit.
