In times of tension, let’s not spread fear — let’s spread calm, care, and courage.

Here are a few simple ways we, as citizens, can prepare our mind, home, and community to stay strong — without losing our sanity.

a quick checklist to build a smart, effective first-aid kit:

1. Wound Care:
Antiseptic wipes, Betadine, Band-Aids, sterile gauze, medical tape, cotton balls.

2. Pain Relief:
Paracetamol (for mild pain/fever), Ibuprofen (for stronger pain/inflammation).

3. Infection Control:
Soframycin (antibiotic ointment), Amoxicillin (for bacterial infections — only if prescribed).

4. Stomach Issues:
Loperamide (for diarrhea), ORS packets (to rehydrate after vomiting/diarrhea).

5. Allergies:
Cetirizine (for rashes, itching, mild allergic reactions).

6. Burns & Minor Injuries:
Burnol or burn gel, sterile burn dressings.

7. Chronic Conditions:
Your regular prescription meds, BP monitor, sugar test strips for diabetics.

Stay calm. Stay ready. Stock responsibly.

✅ H**p Seeds:1-2 tbsp daily, add to smoothies or salads (anytime of the day)

✅ Poppy Seeds:1 tsp at bedtime in warm milk or water for relaxation.

✅ Watermelon Seeds:1 tbsp as a snack or sprinkle on salads (mid-morning or evening).

✅ Aliv Seeds (Garden Cress Seeds):1 tsp soaked in water overnight, consume on an empty stomach.

✅ Nigella Seeds (Kalonji):1/2 tsp with warm water in the morning or mix in curries.

✅ Fennel Seeds:1 tsp after meals for digestion and fresh breath.
