I bought this for my grandfather in law who has lupus. And has to get shots in both knees twice a year to be able to walk. He was using a regular slide on knee brace that was not helping him at all. I decided to buy him something more substantial but it needed to be easy to put on and remove because he does have severe arthritis. He has thanked me many many times for buying this for him because it has alleviated the need for a cane. Not saying it's a cure but it has made his life much easier....

This is a product I've been waiting for since my injury, it has been tough getting back to rollerblading. This has helped a lot and the support is really good quality with soft straps and sturdy back part. I do notice quite a bit of sweat accumulation behind my knee but that's probably normal when doing physical activity. I like the open air design on the front that helps keep things a bit cooler. Not too bulky, the design looks great.
