"From My Pen..."
To: Hon’ble Prime Minister,
Government of India
Hon’ble Prime Minister,
Respected Pranams.
Today I am not writing this letter from any party office. There is no banner behind me, nor a loudspeaker in my hand. Today I am sitting at the table in my room, with a broken pen and a diary soaked in tears.
I am an ordinary citizen of this country. My name does not appear in any newspaper. My face does not come on TV. But there are 140 crore faces like mine. Among these faces is also the face of those 10 crore youth who wake up every morning thinking, "Maybe today my day will change."
Prime Minister, I am not writing as your critic, I am writing like your son. Because only a son can tell his father the bitter truth. And today the country needs bitter truth.
-In the last 5 years I have seen
- In a village a boy prepares for NEET. Fails 3 times. The fourth time the paper is leaked.
- In the city a girl prepares for SSC. 2 years of coaching.
- One day before the exam, the paper is on Telegram.
- 50,000 students on the streets in Bihar.
- Teachers on hunger strike in Rajasthan.
- An aspirant commits su***de in Madhya Pradesh.
These are not statistics, Hon’ble Sir. These are my friends. These are my neighbors. These are my relatives. Today the question is not what happened in 2014 and what will happen in 2024. Today the question is: what should a 20-year-old boy sitting in 2026 think?
Should he think, "If I work hard I will become an officer"?
Or should he think, "Even if I work hard, a broker will sell the paper"?
You said from the Red Fort, "This is Amrit Kaal". Hon’ble Sir, if the youth are drinking poison in Amrit Kaal, then whose Amrit Kaal is this?
That is why today, taking off the glasses of politics, I want to speak to you like a father, like a teacher, like an elder brother.
Paper Leak: The Epidemic
Hon’ble Sir, paper leaks are no longer an "incident". They have become an "epidemic". Like Corona.
1. Economics:
A ₹5,000 crore black market. According to estimates, the black market linked to paper leaks in India is ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 crore every year.
Form: ₹500. Coaching: ₹50,000. Travel for exam: ₹10,000. And in the end the paper is sold for ₹5 lakh to ₹20 lakh.
Who buys it? The one who has money. And who suffers? The one who only has hard work.
2. Psychology:
A generation in depression. NCRB data says 22,000 students committed su***de in 2023. Reason? "Exam stress".
But the real stress is not of the exam. The real stress is of "injustice".
When a boy works hard for 4 years and someone else’s father buys the seat with money, what goes through the first one’s mind?
He starts hating the system. He starts hating the country. And this hatred later becomes terrorism, naxalism.
3. Sociology:
The breaking of trust. Earlier in villages it was said, "Son, study and you will get a government job".
Today in villages it is said, "Son, run away abroad, there is nothing here".
When parents lose faith, the future of the nation breaks.
Case Study 1: NEET 2024
24 lakh children. Paper leaked. 1563 given grace marks. Matter went to Supreme Court. Result changed 3 times.
Imagine what that girl went through who scored 718 out of 720 and then heard "cancelled".
Case Study 2: UP Police 2024
48 lakh applications. Paper leaked. Exam conducted twice. ₹600 crore spent.
A farmer said, "Sir, I sold my 2 buffaloes. Now what will I feed my son?"
Case Study 3: SSC, Railway, TET
Every 6 months a scam. CBI, STF, SIT. Investigations keep going. But the brokers don’t stop.
Hon’ble Sir, this is not just an exam. This is tampering with the DNA of the country.
Democracy and the Need for Dialogue
Hon’ble Sir, you are the most popular leader in the world. Your one tweet shakes the stock market. Lakhs of people come to your rallies.
Then why, when students sit on the streets, do you not take 2 minutes to talk to them?
Democracy does not mean just voting. Democracy means "listening".
Mahatma Gandhi said, "Do not suppress the voice of dissent, listen to it".
Nehru ji said, "Youth are the soul of the nation".
Atal ji said, "Governments will come and go, parties will be made and broken, but this country must remain".
Today the youth of the country are dissatisfied. Is this not an alarm bell for the country?
When farmers sat, you took back the laws. When sportswomen sat, you ordered an inquiry.
Then why are you silent when students are sitting?
I am not demanding. I am praying.
1 hour a month. 50 students. No cameras. No script.
Just tea and conversation. "Son, tell me what the problem is."
Your 1 hour will buy 10 years of trust.
Part 4: Solution - 5-Point Roadmap
Hon’ble Sir, it is easy to point out problems. Giving solutions is difficult. I am giving 5 concrete suggestions:
Formula 1: "National Examination Protection Law"
1. Paper leak = Sedition. Minimum 10 years, maximum life imprisonment. Property confiscated.
2. Fast track courts. Verdict in 6 months.
3. Apply PMLA on coaching mafias.
Formula 2: "Technological Shield"
1. Paper should be made 2 hours before the exam. Made by AI.
2. Jammer, CCTV, Biometric at every center.
3. Result on Blockchain. No one should be able to change it.
4. Every student gets OMR + Answer Key after the exam.
Formula 3: "One Nation, One Exam Calendar"
Now NEET, JEE, CUET, SSC are separate. Dates clash. Students suffer.
One calendar. Dates fixed 1 year in advance.
Formula 4: "Youth Justice Commission"
Headed by a retired Supreme Court judge.
Any paper leak complaint reaches the Commission in 24 hours. Investigation in 15 days.
Formula 5: "Mental Health Mission"
"Student Support Center" in every district. Free counseling.
Because failing is not a crime. But breaking down is a crime.
What is the world doing?
China: Death penalty for paper leaks. 12 people hanged in 2020.
South Korea: On Suneung exam day, flights are grounded. Stock market opens 1 hour late.
Japan: When paper leaked, the Education Minister resigned. Moral responsibility.
Germany: Free education. No coaching mafia.
We are no less than them, Hon’ble Sir. We just need the intent.
Final Appeal and Conclusion
Hon’ble Prime Minister,
In the end I want to tell 3 stories:
Story 1:
Raju from Bihar. Father drives a rickshaw. Gave SSC 4 times. 4 times it was leaked. Passed on the 5th attempt. Today he is an IPS. He said, "Sir, what if I had given up after 4 times?"
Story 2:
Anjali from Rajasthan. Failed NEET twice. Third time paper leaked. She consumed poison. In her su***de note she wrote, "Mummy, I am not weak. The system is weak".
Story 3:
You. From selling tea to becoming Prime Minister. You proved that everything is possible with hard work. Then why are today’s Raju and Anjali not given that chance?
Hon’ble Sir, history will remember you by 2 names.
Either "The Prime Minister who saved the youth"
Or "The Prime Minister who remained silent"
The choice is yours.
I say again:
The youth of the country do not want to bow, they only want justice.
The youth of the country do not want to fight, they only want their future to be secure.
The youth of the country do not want to break, they only want their hard work to have value.
If the future of the country is forced to sit on the streets and raise its voice today, then it becomes not just the youth’s issue, but the issue of the entire nation.
I have faith you will listen. Because you said, "I am Pradhan Sevak", and a servant definitely listens to his master — that is, the people.
Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
A hopeful citizen
