Fast-spreading vitiligo में पहला step हमेशा diagnosis होता है.
इस case में neck और shoulder दोनों पर rapid spread था…
because stage बिल्कुल अलग था, और treatment भी वैसे ही होना चाहिए था.

एक बार diagnosis correct हुआ…
treatment का direction बदल गया…
