From a home kitchen to a recognized brand—meet Amitta Chaddha, the powerhouse behind The Phoenix Bakers!

She started in 2022 to provide healthy, homemade treats for her kids. After two years, she joined Women Works Program (WWP) to scale up. With WWP’s support, she:

✅ Built a strong brand identity & innovated products
✅ Showcased at Annapoorna Food Expo & World Food India
✅ Secured big orders from HWPL Summit & Marks & Spencer
✅ Earned a KVIC bakery certification for professional growth
✅ Ranked Top 3 on Magicpin, gaining visibility & regular orders
✅ Registered on Amazon Seller Marketplace, expanding nationwide

Her unbreakable spirit shone as she battled serious health challenges during World Food India, yet stood strong with a smile. Now, after a recovery break, she’s back and expanding into savories and snacks.

Empowering Women Through Skill Development! ✨💼

Women Works Programme conducted Data Entry Operator & Retail Sales Training at DSEU Pusa Campus, providing young girls with essential workplace skills and career readiness. Led by Kraftivity, the training equipped participants with knowledge on workplace professionalism, customer handling, and industry-specific skills, creating better placement opportunities and economic independence.

With the help of Kraftivity, WWP is creating avenues, and opportunities for girls in different workplaces to create meaningful employment opportunities for a brighter future.

Team Women Works Programme, along with our food business beneficiaries and SHGs, had the privilege of joining DSIIDC and Access Development Services for the International Women’s Day celebration! 💜

The event was all about opportunities, growth, and empowerment—focusing on the PMFME scheme and how women entrepreneurs can benefit from loans and subsidies to scale their businesses.

DSIIDC has been a strong supporter, helping our beneficiaries showcase their products at major events, providing them with bigger platforms to shine. 🌍✨

**Women Works Program Expands into E-Mobility!**

At **Women Works Program**, we believe in empowering women with skills that open new doors! We're thrilled to announce our expansion into the **E-Mobility sector**, providing specialized training to women in Delhi.

Our program offers **two levels of training**:

✅ **Scooter Riding** – Helping women gain confidence and mobility, enabling them to take up jobs in last-mile delivery, ride-sharing, and beyond.

✅ **Digital Literacy & Road Safety Management** – Equipping women with essential knowledge on road safety, navigation, and digital tools to enhance their employability in transportation and mobility sectors.

This initiative is not just about learning a skill—it’s about **freedom, independence, and economic opportunities**. By mastering these areas, women can confidently **navigate job placements** in the growing e-mobility industry.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs with DSIIDC & Women Works Programme! ✨

A significant step towards strengthening women-led businesses! Our team at Women Works Programme along with our food entrepreneurs had an insightful meeting at the DSIIDC (GNCTD). The State Head Mr. Vikrant led the discussion on how women entrepreneurs can benefit from the PMFME scheme to scale their businesses and set up their own manufacturing units.

Beyond this, members from Team WWP and DSIIDC explored new ways to support more women entrepreneurs through collaborative efforts. From funding opportunities to business expansion strategies, this session was a powerful exchange of knowledge and guidance!

Our Fellow ( Miltee ) Honored by District Magistrate for Her excellent work Under WWP in South Delhi

South Delhi – In a recent award ceremony recognizing outstanding contributions to community development, Miltee was honored by the District Magistrate for her dedicated work under the Women Works Program (WWP) in the South Delhi area. Despite being among several prominent achievers with extensive contributions, Miltee’s efforts in empowering women through self-help groups, skill training, and digital onboarding were acknowledged as significant steps toward grassroots development.

Speaking on the recognition, Miltee expressed her gratitude, stating, “It’s truly humbling to receive this award alongside such inspiring individuals. This acknowledgment motivates me to work even harder for the community and continue supporting women’s economic independence.

The event highlighted the importance of initiatives like WWP in fostering sustainable livelihoods and strengthening local networks, with Miltee’s work serving as a testament to the impact of collective efforts in community upliftment.

We are proud to have supported the participation of talented women from our SHGs, in collaboration with NULM North West district, at the three-day Adivasi Mahotsav in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. ✨ They showcased their incredible handmade macrame and terracotta decor, jewelry, bags, and pottery utensils, demonstrating their rich artisan and entrepreneurial skills to a national audience. They were honored to present their art before MSME officials and receive significant appreciation for their work.

Their enthusiasm and dedication truly shone, and we are honored to support them on this journey of empowerment and entrepreneurship! ❤️

"Empowering Women, Transforming Lives! ✨

ACCESS conducted a workshop at Jat Dharamshala, bringing women, SHG and individuals from Palam and Kapashera together along with representatives from WWP, NULM, DSIIDC, and the banking sector.

Dr. Zehra Zulfikar, Project Head, highlighted WWP’s impact on women’s lives in Delhi and the importance of women entrepreneurship. Representatives from DSIIDC and NULM also applauded WWP’s efforts and success in empowering women.

Together, we continue to create opportunities and build a stronger future for women entrepreneurs!
