Adv. Kiran Singh, Legal Consultant at MARG, led a training session on the POSH Act at the Central Health Education Bureau, New Delhi. The session seamlessly combined an in-depth understanding of the law with discussions on key provisions, procedures, and landmark judgments that continue to shape its implementation.
Building on this, the conversation engaged with employers perspectives highlighting their crucial role and legal responsibilities in preventing and addressing workplace sexual harassment.
Through such capacity-building initiatives, we move closer to strengthening institutional mechanisms and fostering a culture of dignity, safety, and equality at the workplace.

The Constitution is not a mere lawyer’s document, it is a vehicle of life.” — Dr. B. R. Ambedkar
On this Ambedkar Jayanti, we celebrate the enduring strength of the Constitution of India—A living document that empowers, protects, and uplifts millions.
It gives us the right to dream, the freedom to speak, and the courage to stand for justice. It reminds us that equality is not just an idea, but a promise we can achieve together.
Let’s carry forward this vision with hope, responsibility, and pride.

An insightful and deeply reflective conversation between our General Body member, Adv. Anant Kumar Asthana (child rights lawyer), and Dr. Deo, Chair on Justice for Children (in collaboration with UNICEF), brings forward uncomfortable yet important truths about the Juvenile Justice system.
From questioning why 18 is the legal threshold, to challenging the myth that Juvenile Justice is “lenient,” and highlighting how stigma, lack of participation, and gaps in implementation continue to fail children—this exchange compels us to rethink how the law actually translates into a child’s lived reality.
It also sheds light on often-overlooked concerns such as meaningful online engagement, the need to educate rather than restrict, and how curiosity and awareness remain some of the simplest yet most powerful tools for protecting child rights.

MARG attended the National Consultation on Tele-Law Program Activities under the DISHA Scheme, held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
This marks a significant and commendable initiative by the Ministry of Law and Justice towards leveraging technology to enhance access to justice. The consultation focused on strengthening Tele-Law, Pro Bono (Nyaya Bandhu), and legal literacy initiatives to ensure inclusive and citizen-centric service delivery.
The launch of tools such as the DISHIKA mascot -Nyaya Setu AI Chatbot and mobile application reflects an important step towards modernizing the legal ecosystem. At the same time, it underscores the need for continuous capacity-building of legal professionals and stakeholders to effectively and responsibly utilize these tools.
With the right training and engagement, such technology-driven interventions can play a transformative role in improving access to justice, particularly at the grassroots level.
MARG looks forward to contributing to this evolving ecosystem through its continued work in legal awareness and community engagement.
