Our supervisors are educated and equipped with mobile phones. The
se supervisors are for specific areas/colonies to ensure proper check of guards. Our guards are classified in three categories:
• “A” grade Guards – Educated with a workable fluency in the English and Hindi Language and/or Minimum Experience – 2 years as a Security Guard.
• “B” Grade Guards – Class 10th Pass with a workable knowledge in English and Hindi language and/or Minimum Experience – 6 months - 1 year as a security guard
• “C” Grade Guard – Below Class 10th and/or Minimum experience – 3 months. Fluency in Hindi/ Local dialect. Besides the above mentioned we provide the following services:
• Security Supervisors
• Security Personnel with arms
• Ex-Service man Security Personnel ( for 8 hour duty only)
• Surveillance devices
Minimum Wages as per PSARA ACT 2005
The PSARA Act 2005 “Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005” has come into Delhi w.e.f. January 1st 2010, which is a Government regulation to supervise all private security organizations in New Delhi. We have been awarded license to run our security organization as per the PSARA Act. Our rates are highly competitive and based on minimum wages as applicable in New Delhi. We offer our clients the opportunity to hire our services at minimum wages laid down by Govt. of Delhi and UP and Haryana. The valid rates are attached in a separate file. Training
All guards are trained for security as per the PSARA 2005 regulation to cover all eventualities, and in particular as per the requirements and demands of our clients. They are paid well and dressed as per the season. They are housed nearest to the place of work to ensure quality service. Our guards are educated and can read and write Hindi (National language) and have a working knowledge of English. We are the members of CENTRAL ASSOCIATION OF PRIVATE SECURITY INDUSTRY (CAPSI) – the Apex body at the national level and well recognized by the Central/State governments as also the controlling authorities of various states.
