In alignment with the vision of Honorable Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami ji, a grand celebration for Uttarakhand State Foundation Day will be organized at both the state and district levels this year. As directed by the Chief Minister, all residents of Uttarakhand—including those living in other states and abroad, as well as everyone involved in the development of Uttarakhand—are invited to participate in the Devbhoomi Rajatostav.
This year's State Foundation Day celebrations will take place over a week, beginning around November 6th. The festivities will kick off with the inauguration of Uttarakhand Sadan in New Delhi, featuring participation from officials, staff, and Uttarakhand-origin migrants working across various sectors in the city.
Following the inauguration, the program will include the Pravasi Uttarakhand Conference, grand sports and cultural events, and a special festival dedicated to women's empowerment. Additional activities will encompass multipurpose camps for those in need, health check-up camps in slums, special programs for individuals with disabilities, the distribution of various honors and awards, and celebrations honoring the stories of state agitators and martyrs.
