Life has been nothing short of wondrous. Initially I had my doubts regarding the work, culture etc. but few days after joining I realized the potential this company has in changing the offshoring business scenario in India. I have worked with one big 4 accounting firm before and have never enjoyed my role as much as I do here. One of the major issues in this field is monotony but at ISSC everyday is a new challenge. Every evening we end up learning something new and as bizarre as it sound to people at my age this is something that makes this place different. The team is fantastic, not only everybody is helping but the kind of warmth we share with each other and the kind of work environment that gets created due to this comradery is beyond words.
