This is to inform you that Hon’ble Sh. B. N. Singh District Magistrate (Gautam Buddha Nagar) vide order dated 14.11.2019 has directed mandatory uploading of relevant information relating to the Sexual harassment Internal Committee (as per the SH Act, 2013) on the SHOR APP by November 30th, 2019 by every organisation having an office in Noida or risk being penalised by the Noida Noida/Gr. Noida authorities with fine upto Rs. 50,000 as well as cancellation of business license. Further, Companies with 2 crore+ turnover can be fined upto Rs. 25 lakh and imprisonment of its Directors can be trigerred

*Please note that every organisation with 10 or more employees have to establish an sexual harassment internal committee, train them, provide information on the SHOR APP and file their Annual Report with the District Magistrate's office and also on the SHOR APP latest by January, 2020

A well analysed judgement by Delhi High Court keeping the morality attached with a teaching profession and how teachers cannot take a ground that the sexual conduct was not unwelcomed.

The Delhi High Court held that a teacher who is accused of sexual harassment by a student cannot take the defence that his act was welcomed by the student.
