शहरी आदमी भैंस का खुला दूध पशुपालक से खरीद कर उससे दही, छाछ और घी भी निकालता है। अपने बच्चों को भी पिलाता है। लेकिन बहुराष्ट्रीय कम्पनिया दूध में मिलावट का बहाना बनाकर पैकिंग दूध का प्रचार करती हैं।

प्रचार तथा विज्ञापन के झांसे में आकर लोग खुले दूध के स्थान पर पैकिंग दूध का उपयोग कर रहे हैं। पैकिंग करने से पहले दूध से क्रीम निकाल ली जाती है। बाद में सिर्फ पानी बचता है।

इसका परिणाम बड़ा ही घातक है। युवा वक्त से पहले बूढ़े हो रहे है। कथित शुद्ध दूध पीने वाले 100 मीटर दौड़ने पर हांफने लग जाते हैं। जो भैंस का खुला दूध पीते हैं, वे कुश्ती और कब्बडी में झंडे गाड़ रहे हैं।

अतः TV पर ऐड देखकर अपनी जरूरत मत बनावो। जरूरत को जरूरत रहने दो।
