The experience in events and marketing of events helped the Group establish an event management company, CDCS Eventspecific (P) Ltd., which made its mark very soon with some of the highly talked-of Red Letter events in the country. Professional engagements do not permit to take the initiatives forward very aggressively in the present time frame. However, some of the chess events that the Group has organised have caught international attention, with participation from internationally acclaimed celebrities and graced by top dignitaries. Chess has also augured well as a high revenue area, as the profits from sponsorships and participation exceeded all expectations due to intelligent marketing. Passion for fine arts and visual communication has extended to Republic Day Tableaux and highly rated expositions, which the Group rates as an achievement close to its heart, as it has given it a place on the biggest National Stage. Hariharan Educational Foundation proposes to establish International Schools in a Joint Venture Agreement with some top bracket names in school education. Conceived as Hariharan International School (HIS), the school concept has found patronage at top levels in government sector as well as private participants.
