I recently booked The Car Detailerz for a premium detailing service for my black Tata Nexon, which included rubbing, polish, shampoo wash, and Teflon coating. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was quite disappointing. The person who came to perform the detailing was very unprofessional.

One of my main concerns was removing the swirl marks from my car’s surface. I specifically confirmed with the service provider that the swirl marks would be eliminated after the rubbing process. However, despite their assurance, not even a single swirl mark was removed. This left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Moreover, the overall service took longer than expected, resulting in a waste of both time and money. Considering the premium nature of the service and the promises made, I had higher expectations.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend based on my experience. The unprofessionalism of the technician and the failure to deliver on their commitments made this a disappointing and unsatisfactory service.
