*A lesson to learn from Jack Ma, the richest man in China.*

In an interview he said that " It is impossible to please the poor minds".

- "Give them something for free, and they think it's a trap.

- Tell them it's a small investment, they'll say they will not win a lot.

- Tell them to invest, they respond that they will, when they have money.

- Invite them to invest big, they'll say they don't have money.

- Invite them to try new things, they'll tell you how they don't know how to do it.

- Tell them to come to a traditional business, they'll say it's hard to do business.

- Tell them it's a new business model, they'll say that it is a scam.

- Tell them to manage a shop, they'll say it doesn't pay a lot.

- Tell them to start a new business, they'll say that they don't have money.

*Poor minds have a few things in common:

They love to ask or "investigate" in Google, listen to friends who are as hopeless as them, they think more than a university professor and move less than a blind leading the blind.

You just have to ask them, what do you want to do? Speaking a lot without actions.

My conclusion:
Instead of waiting for things to change, why don't you act and do things to change?

Instead of just thinking about it, why not do something about it?

“Travel means education. While adventure activities are our favourite part of travel, it is what we learn about the world that always sticks with us.

Travel is the best education that anyone can have. When we travel we are fascinated by history. That same history that put us to sleep in the classroom, suddenly springs to life when we are standing on a historical site experiencing it first hand. We are captivated by geography and drawn in to Social Studies.

Everything we learned in school suddenly becomes clear when we travel. We look forward to learning more and investigating deeper. I think that most of what we know about the world comes from our experiences traveling. You can read about it and study it all you want from books, but nothing compares to seeing a place with your own two eyes. Our minds are opened to new cultures and different ways of thinking, we care more about world issues and are compelled to take an active role
conservation. When we are at home reading about it or watching on TV we are detached, when we are in the moment we suddenly understand.

Once you have created a vision, set goals, break them down into small steps, visualize and affirm your success, and chose to believe in yourself and your dreams, it’s now time to take action.

The world doesn’t pay you for what you know; it pays you for what you do.

When you take action, you trigger all kinds of things that will inevitably carry you to success. People with similar goals become aligned with you.

You begin to get feedback about how to do it better, more efficiently and more quickly. Things that once seemed confusing begin to become clear. Things that once appeared difficult begin to be easier.

To be successful, you have to do what successful people do and successful people are highly action-oriented.

Nothing happens until you take action – How you do anything is how you do everything. If you are cautious here, you are probably cautious everywhere. If you hold yourself back for fear of looking foolish here, you probably hold yourself back for fear of looking foolish everywhere.

You have to identify those patterns and break through them. It’s time to stop holding yourself back and just go for it.

Successful people have a bias for action. Some people spend their whole lives waiting for the perfect time to do something. There’s rarely a “perfect” time to do anything. What is important is to just get started.

“Ready, Fire, Aim” phrase – the problem is that most people spend their whole life aiming and never firing. They are always getting ready, getting it perfect.

The quickest way to hit a target is to fire, see where the bullet landed and then adjust your aim accordingly.

Realize that failure is an important part of the learning process.

We learn by trial and error. We must be willing to fail because every experience will yield more useful information that you can apply the next time.

Remember you are amazing and don't you ever forget that!

And for god's sake learn how to fire a gun and on target.
