Get On Academy is a new initiative from a group of working professionals and likeminded friends to help youth community and newly pass out graduates to get inspired, get skilled and get a job through a combination of education and training, apprenticeships and work experience. As a young pass out graduate, we know just how hard it can be filling out application forms, getting through interviews an
d finding a job. That’s why we want to help the new engineers, MCA, MBA, BCA and BBA graduates to get inspired by telling them about our experiences, giving CV and interview tips and conducting workshops on how best to get a job. Work-effectiveness modules for a 3 month period:
• life vision – short term / long term goals – Figure out what they want to do.
• perfect communication – written and oral
• working smart – Prioritization, Problem Solving and Goal Setting.
• building connections - relationship building
• grooming and business etiquette
• learn to make presentations
• how to get a job – resume writing, interview skills
• stress management
• Followed by an 8 week technical project
based on your interest, either in PHP or in .NET technologies.
