*Rare Astrological Event: January 7th 2017
All Planets Are Moving Direct (APMD):*

Starting *January 7th* and going through February 6th, 2017, all of the *major planets* will be moving direct (forward). Ancients saw this as a time of great fortune and a very opportune time.
Now, here in this moment, from our geo-centric view, our entire solar system, moving together, in the same direction, like a flowing cosmic river, all traveling towards this one direction.

From the position of the *Sun or Earth’s* perspective, All Planets in Direct Motion represents an organic, holistic, synchronous, harmonious group passage through the endless universe.

The auspicious timing of APDM 2017 is *recommended for successful mergers, marriages, large acquisitions, charity events, physical operations, inaugurations, launch a new business, birth a new president and anything else where one desires a positive result.*

APDM is furthermore considered to be a time when the universe is in a state of natural order with all the planets are traveling forward.”

This time period, which lasts almost 1 month, is started off by Mercury stationing direct and will end with Jupiter stationing retrograde on February 6th, 2017.

*From the astrology perspective where Mercury is symbolized as a quick, versatile planet that can easily traverse the Upper World, the Middle World and the Lower World, in just one instant. It doesn’t stay for long in any of the realms as it is mostly a guide, temporarily, an information seeker and a messenger between the realms*.

*Jupiter* is the ruler of Sagittarius and Mercury before it stations direct will be in the sign of Sag so right away we see a symbolic celestial correspondence between the two. Both Mercury and Jupiter experience an enhanced energy of the other.

GUN-MILAN (Compatibility) FOR A SUCCESSFUL MARRIAGE
(FULL)

Compatibility plays a major role in any kind of relationship; be it Friendship, Marriage or Live-in Relationships. One should always check individual horoscopes of the boy and the girl for the below mentioned factors with Guna Milan: -

1) Health and Longevity of the girl and the boy.
2) Quality of married life.
3) Fortune, prosperity and marital happiness.
4) Malefic planets influence i.e. Mars, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu on marital house i.e. 7H.
5) 5H or Progeny.
6) Divorce or Vidhur yoga or Vaidvaya yoga (widow hood yoga).
7) Manglik / Kuja Dosha.

After checking all these points in individual horoscope of the girl and the boy, one should go for Guna Matching.

Besides Guna milan, one should always see the strength of the horoscope on the marriage front i.e. if Guna milan is on higher side but if there is no child/santaan yoga in both or any of the horoscopes OR if one of them has Alp Mrityu yoga or no benefic influence on 7H (vivah bhav) OR 5H (Santaan bhav) or 8H (Aayu bhav), then Guna milan holds very less importance. You have often noticed that sometimes divorce occurs in marriages with Guna Milan of 27 points or above.

ASHTA GUNA MATCHING (ANCIENT WAY)

Ashta-koot = Ashta + Koot = Eight + Guna

Guna Milaan or Ashtakoot is used for judging the compatibility between prospective partners for harmonious and blissful married life. It is matching of 8 factors, which are derived from the Janma Nakshatra (Moon Star of the native at the birth time) and the moon sign i.e placement of the planet Moon in specific sign in both the horoscopes of the boy and the girl.

The 8 factors for Ashta-koot or Guna matching are as follows: -
(I) Varna = 1 point
(II) Vasya = 2 points
(III) Tara = 3 points
(IV) Yoni = 4 points
(V) Graha Maitri = 5 points
(VI) Gana = 6 points
(VII) Bhakut = 7 points
(VIII) Nadi = 8 points

TOTAL = 36 points

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE FIRST IMPORTANT GUNA IS: -

(I) VARNA: - (Moon Rashi Based)

Matching of the Castes / Mental or Work ability – This contributes 1 point in Guna Milan.

This shows the basic potential of a person and the person's inherent skills, abilities and compatibility between personal egos of the partners. If the Varna of both the man and woman falls in the same category, then it is considered auspicious, indicating the emotional bonding between them which is an important part of the successful marriage. A girl belonging to a higher Varna mated to a boy of a lesser Varna will score low in this (though one should keep in mind the concept of Desh, Kaal, Patra in this regard).

In ancient times, the personalities of the individuals are divided into four classes depending on their potential and inherent abilities.

1) Brahmin or Priests – All jal tatwa rashis are Brahmins i.e.
4 (Cancer), 8 (Scorpio), 12 (Pisces)
They are the intellectuals and philosophers. Their role in society is that of a Guru or a teacher. They were traditionally spiritual leaders and were not expected to perform physical labor. Society looked up to them and looked after them. They have a high development of spiritual and mental ability.

2) Kshatriya or Warriors (Noble Class) – All fiery tatwa rashis are Kshatriyas i.e.
1 (Aries), 5 (Leo), 9 (Sagittarius)
They form the leaders and the ruling class who are powerful people and master of strategy and battle. They were traditionally the Kings and protectors of society. They are considered very courageous and are decisive in their actions.

3) Vaishya or Merchants / Business people – All earthy tatwa rashis are Vaishyas i.e.
2 (Ta**us), 6 (Virgo), 10 (Capricorn)
They belong to the professional or business class of people who perform all the useful and economic functions of society. They are skilled in different crafts and professions, signifying tremendous abilities.

4) Shudra or Laborers / Service Class – All airy tatwa rashis are Vaishyas i.e.
3 (Gemini), 7 (Libra), 11 (Aquarius)
They belong to the normal hard-working class who had a tremendous sense of service to society. Majority of the work in society fell upon them; hence they also have an inherent sense of responsibility.

Note: - Here, one should match the varnas on the basis of the classification of the moon’s placement in the rashis rather than any relation to any particular caste or creed in our modern society.

VARNA TABLE: -

BOY Brahmin Kshatriya Vaishya Shudra
GIRL
Brahmin 1 0 0 0
Kshatriya 1 1 0 0
Vaishya 1 1 1 0
Shudra 1 1 1 1

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE SECOND IMPORTANT GUNA IS: -

(II) VASHYA: - (Moon Rashi Based)

Attraction / Control / Dominance / Power Compatibility: - This contributes 2 points in Guna Milan.

The power of attraction forms the base of this Guna. It suggests the degree of magnetic control and the power equation (who will be the more dominant) between the partners. It is checked from the respective moon sign of both the partners. Complete points will be granted if Moon signs of the partners will be friendly to each other.

For the purpose of this test, personalities are divided into 5 different categories reflecting the difference in power status. These are classified by symbols of different living creatures. Once again, if a woman has a higher power status, the score will be low.

The classifications are as follows:

1) Dwipada / Manav / Human: - Moon in Rashi’s
3 (Gemini), 6 (Virgo), 7 (Libra), First half of 9 (Sagittarius), First half of 11 (Aquarius)

2) Chatuspada or Four-Legged Creature: - Moon in Rashi’s
1 (Aries), 2 (Ta**us), Second half of 9 (Sagittarius), First half of 10 (Capricorn)
The creatures that are less powerful like deer, goat and sheep fall in this category. They are fond of vehicles,

3) Jalchar or Creature of Water: - Moon in Rashi’s
4 (Cancer), Second half of 10 (Capricorn), Second half of 12 (Pisces)
These creatures have their own power and sphere of influence in their region / area.

4) Vanchar or Creature of the Jungle: - Moon in Rashi

They are essential to any ecological balance and exert a quiet power that is essential for survival. They are devoted to their work and Vengeance in nature.

Friendship and enmity Principles: - Vashya (control) and Bhakshaya (eats away) are two terms in regard to friendship and enmity amongst this classification
(i) Dwipada (Human) eats away all Jal chara.
(ii) Dwipada (Human) controls all Chatuspada except Van chara (Leo).
(iii) Van chara (Leo) eats away all except Keet (Scorpio).

There are 9 categories of birth stars i.e.

The word Yoni relates to s*x. This Guna helps in understanding the s*xual and biological compatibility as well as mutual love and s*xual inclinations of the partners reflecting attraction, love and Sexual joy between the couple that has an important role in laying down the foundation for marital happiness.

There are 27 nakshatras that are divided into 14 Yonis of animals and native’s yoni is according to the yoni (characteristic) of the animal concerned.

Graha Maitri is calculated on the basis of lord of sign in which Moon is posited.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE SIXTH IMPORTANT GUNA IS: -

(VI) GANA: -

Compatibility of nature. It contributes 6 points in Guna Milan.

It concerns with the comparison of the inherent spiritual and materialistic values, the nature / temperament and character of two different individuals at a mundane level. Gana is decided on the basis of the moon nakshatra in which the native is born.

There are 3 different types of Gana: -

(i) Dev (Divine/Godly/Satvik): - This represents a person who is more spiritual than materialistic. They are intelligent, religious and are good hearted individuals. This includes natives born in nakshatras number: - 1 (Ashwini), 5 (Mrigshira), 7 (Punarvasu), 8 (Pushya), 13 (Hasta), 15 (Swati), 17(Anuradha), 22 (Shravana) and 27 (Revati).

(ii) Manushya (Human/Rajas): - This indicates a person who has an even balance between the spiritual and the materialistic. They are independent and diplomatic people. This includes natives born in nakshatras number: - 2 (Bharani), 4 (Rohini), 6 (Ardra), 11 (Poorva Phalguni), 12 (Uttar Phalguni), 20 (Poorva Ashadha), 21 (Uttar Ashadha), 25 (Poorva Bhadrapad), 26 (Uttar Bhadrapad)

(iii) Rakshasa (Demon/Tamas): - This represents a person who is more materialistic than spiritual. They are quarrelsome and have forceful nature who wants to have their own way. This is an important test with high values. This includes natives born in nakshatras number: - 3 (Krittika), 9 (Ashlesha), 10 (Magha), 14 (Chitra), 16 (Vishaka), 18 (Jyeshtha), 19 (Moola), 23 (Dhanishta), 24 (Shatbhisha).

If there is mismatch in Gana, then the chances of quarrels and disharmony in relationships may arise. Once again, if the woman were to score higher points spiritually, the scores will be low.

Same Gana Group: - (Mutual Love) – 6
If Dev Vs Human (Medium Love) – 6/5
If others (Enmity) – 0

GANA MAITRI TABLE: -

Boy Dev Manushya Rakshasa
Girl Dev 6 5 1
Manushya 6 6 0
Rakshasa 0 0 6

The above mentioned categorization is based on old Vedic Principles mentioned in our Vedic text books and should be applied on the basis of “Desh, Kaal and Patra.”

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE SEVENTH IMPORTANT GUNA IS: -

(VII) BHAKOOT: -

Mutual Love / Relative influence of one on the other. It contributes 7 points in Guna Milan.

It is the study of comparison between the positions of moon sign in each other's chart to decide whether the pair is compatible enough to lead a blissful life in all respect.

For this purposes, calculation of the position of one's Moon Sign from other's Moon Sign is determined.

In Bhakoot Dosha, sign occupied by the moon in the horoscope of boy is compared to that of girl’s horoscope with regard to its relative numerical position such as: -

Same Rashi (1/1 axis or conjunction) - 7
Sextile (3/11 axis) - 7
Square (4/10 axis) - 7
Opposition (1/7 axis) - 7
Semi Sextile (2/12 axis) - 0
Trine (5/9 axis) - 0
Shadashtak (6/8 axis) - 0

It is said that the Bhakoot Dosha of: -
(i) 6/8 axis can cause danger to life either of the partners,
(ii) 5/9 axis can cause delay, denial or loss of progeny.
(iii) 2/12 axis can cause poverty.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

THE LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT GUNA IS: -

(VIII) NADI: -

Intrinsic Energy / Possibility of child birth (Progeny) / Compatibility between Life forces (Nadi / Pulse). It contributes 8 points in Guna Milan.

Imbalance in Nadi Milan is called Nadi Dosha. Nadi dosha deals with the genetic compatibility between the couple to produce healthy progeny after marriage. It shows the pulse and nervous energy indicating the physiological and heredity factor.

Nadi Dosha exists if boy and girl are having same Nadi. It is specially checked for Brahmins.

Even it is scientifically proven that if girl and boy have same Nadi/Prakriti then, their offspring will be physically weaker.
In ancient Vedic times, the main purpose of marriage was to produce healthy children and to continue the family lineage. In this age of modern science and technology, where the most advanced medical facilities are available, this score should be considered in light of this factor.

However, it is not accurate to reject a proposal for marriage just because the girl and boy have same Nadi as in the Shastras there are several cancellations to this effect. In addition, in those relationships where birth of children is not required, this score can be completely discarded from the overall points and the points scored.

For purpose of this test, life forces with their nakshatras are categorized as follows: -

Adi or Beginning Madhya or Middle Antya or End
(Vatta) (Pitta) (Kapha)

Ashwini (1) Bharani (2) Krittika (3)
Ardra (6) Mrigshira (5) Rohini (4)
Punarvasu (7) Pushya (8) Ashlesha (9)
U. Phalguni (12) P. Phalguni (11) Magha (10)
Hasta (13) Chitra (14) Swati (15)
Jyeshtha (18) Anuradha (17) Vishaka (16)
Moola (19) P. Ashadha (20) U. Ashadha (21)
Shatbhisha (24) Dhanishta (23) Shravana (22)
P. Bhadrapad (25) U. Bhadrapad (26) Revati (27)

Natural Therapy For Headaches !

In about 5 mins, your headache will go.......

The nose has a left and a right side.
We use both to inhale and exhale. Actually they are different.
You'll be able to feel the difference.

The right side represents the sun.
The left side represents the moon.

During a headache, try to close your right nose
and use your left nose to breathe.
In about 5 mins, your headache will go.

If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose.
After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed.

Right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily. Left side belongs to 'cold'.

Most females breathe with their left noses,
so they get "cooled off" faster.
Most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.

Do you notice, the moment you awake, which side breathes better?
Left or right ?
If left is better, you will feel tired.
So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing...
You will feel refreshed quickly.

Do you suffer from continual headaches?
Try out this breathing therapy.

Close your right nose and breathe through your left nose.
Your headaches will be gone. Continued the exercise for one month.

Why not give it a try.....a natural therapy without medication.
