Syngrity pioneered Corporate Drum Circles in India way back in 2003. We called the drum circle, Percussion Workout, because it really works your hand and body.

Dr. Sina Fakhroddin, a PhD in Indian and Iranian Classical music and Vikram Badhwar are the master facilitators for the Percussion Workout.

The success of any experiential intervention lies in its processing and we are good at it. Through the Percussion Workout, we are able to deconstruct aspects of teamwork and collaboration; strengths required in today's work culture.

A lot of outbound training has started so I thought it may be apt to share this update. Syngrity Transformation Solutions is a learning and development organisation of 20 years that engages with teams across the world using various facets of learning; one of them being Percussion Workout. We pioneered drum circles in organisations in 2003 and pride ourselves in being experts in conducting, deconstructing and reviewing experiential interventions.
